PharmScale is run by two founder-operators: Senad Bećirović manages the factory in Srebrenik. Esef Ćosić leads product development. Together we built a small ISO + FDA registered facility under European pharma standards, and we test every batch three ways before it ships: microbiology, heavy metals and raw-material purity.
Mission
We built PharmScale to ship our own brands at the quality we wanted. Then the U.S. market changed everything.
Esef and I both wanted to launch nutra products. The CMOs willing to take a 5,000-unit order from a new brand were the ones we wouldn't put our name on. So we built our own factory under European pharma standards: ISO 22000 + ISO 22716 GMP, FDA registered, audited by TÜV Thüringen under DAkkS accreditation.
We launched in Europe first, where the standards are tougher and the audits stricter. When we expanded to the U.S., we looked at how supplements are actually manufactured for that market, and the quality gap was obvious. European production processes are harder, the conditions stricter. We decided that's exactly what U.S. consumers should get too.
PharmScale's mission is simple: best quality, honest price, both markets. For our own brands, includingPureNADH in the U.S., and for a small number of partner brands a year.
No shortcuts
We're not the cheapest manufacturer. We're the most certified.
Most contract manufacturers run cheap formulations and self-certify. We don't. TÜV Thüringen, Germany's leading certification body for food and cosmetics, audits our Srebrenik facility every year, the same auditing rigor pharma companies face, applied to nutra.
Every batch we ship clears two labs: an internal labverifies raw materials and in-process samples before production starts, then an independent 3rd-party lab runs the full panel, microbiology, heavy metals, raw-material purity, on every released batch. Fail any test, the batch doesn't ship.

Auditors visit because they have to. Professors, scientists and international delegations visit because they want to. A few moments from our floor and from the stages where our team's work gets recognized.

No. 01
We test what we ship.
Internal lab on raw materials before production. Independent 3rd-party lab on every released batch. Microbiology, heavy metals, raw-material purity. The CoA goes out with every order.
No. 02
TÜV signs off, not us.
We don't self-certify and we don't ask you to take our word for it. TÜV Thüringen audits us under DAkkS accreditation, every certificate has a public registration number you can verify in 30 seconds.
No. 03
We charge what it costs to do it right.
We're not the cheapest CMO and we don't pretend to be. The brands we work with have figured out that a single recall can cost 100× what they saved on a "value" formulation. We price for the math that wins long-term.

Our factory is located in Srebrenik, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Beyond geographic proximity to the EU market and competitive production costs, we hold regulatory approvals spanning three continents.

How it started
October 2022. The day we cut the ribbon.
PharmScale officially opened the doors of its production facility in Srebrenik on October 15, 2022. Senad Bećirović cut the ribbon at the entrance to the production line, with the team, advisors and community in attendance. Two years on, we ship to brands across the EU and the U.S.
