Founders & scientific team
The people who sign your batches.
Founder-operators who run the factory themselves: Senad on production, Esef on product development. Behind every formulation, every ISO release and every regulatory dossier sits a scientific team whose CVs run from Tuzla to ALMBIH and ALKALOID, people who have shipped pharma for 40 years.

Co-founder & CEO
Senad Bećirović
Founder · Operations · Same-day reply, every inquiry
Senad runs the factory in Srebrenik. He cut the ribbon on PharmScale's production line on October 15, 2022, and has personally read every partner inquiry that has come through the door since.
His job: make sure the 30-day promise is real, every batch. That means owning the production schedule, the QC release, the audit calendar with TÜV Thüringen, and the relationships with raw-material suppliers. Nothing leaves Srebrenik that he hasn't seen pass through.
"I read every inquiry myself and reply the same business day, often within hours. If you're serious about launching, I'll send back ingredients, MOQ, lead time and an indicative price, not a brochure."

Co-founder & Brand Operator
Esef Ćosić
Product development · PureNADH founder · EU + U.S. markets
Esef is PharmScale's product-development lead and co-founder. He sets the formulation specs, the packaging brief and the registration paperwork, the practical work that turns a brief into a launchable SKU.
That dual role is the point. Esef runs PureNADH, his own U.S. brand manufactured on this very line. Every PharmScale partner deals with someone who has to launch and re-order a product on the same equipment they're being offered, every month. He knows what regulators flag because his own dossiers go through them. He knows what works on Amazon because his own SKUs sit there.
"I'm a PharmScale client first. I have to answer 'can this really ship in 30 days at pharma quality' for my own brand every batch. The answer has to be yes, otherwise I don't ship, to anyone."
