1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the website pharmscale.com ("Site"), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use this Site.

The Site is owned and operated by "PHARM SCALE" d.o.o. (short: PharmScale), with its registered seat at Ćehaje bb, 75350 Srebrenik, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additional information is available on our Imprint page.

3. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational in nature and is intended for the promotion of PharmScale products and services and for communication with prospective and existing business partners. The Site does not constitute a legal offer. Any concrete business relationship is established through a separate contract.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, design, code) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The owner of these rights is Pharm Scale LLC or third parties who have licensed content to us.

Without prior written consent, you may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute or modify the content of the Site for commercial purposes.
  • Use the PharmScale name, logo or other protected marks.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Site.

You may download materials (e.g. PDF certificates) for internal use and verification, without the right to further distribution.

5. Acceptable use

The user undertakes not to use the Site for:

  • Activities contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Distribution of malicious content, viruses or harmful code.
  • Unauthorized access attempts to servers or data.
  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam) via the contact form.

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its complete accuracy at all times. Content may be changed without prior notice. Product specifications, prices, MOQ and lead times published in business quotes take precedence over information on the Site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For all disputes, the court in Tuzla, BiH, has jurisdiction, unless otherwise prescribed by mandatory regulations.
