For customers of the brands we manufacture

Your supplement was made here.

If a label, QR code or brand sent you this way: the product in your hands was manufactured by PharmScale, a European facility in Srebrenik, audited every year by TÜV Thüringen (Germany) and registered with the U.S. FDA. This page shows you exactly where it was made, by whom, and what it had to pass before it reached you.

Certified by

Audited by independent bodies in three markets. Verify TÜV →

TÜV Thüringen is Germany's leading independent certifier; DAkkS is Germany's national accreditation body. The verify link opens TÜV's official registry (German-language site).

Where

A European factory, held to German-audited standards.

Your product was made in Srebrenik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, a European facility built and run under EU food-safety and cosmetics GMP standards. We didn't pick the easy auditor: TÜV Thüringen, one of Germany's most respected certification bodies, walks our floor every year underDAkkS accreditation, the same German authority that gives pharma audits their legal standing.

For products sold in the United States, the same facility isFDA registered and manufactures to 21 CFR Part 111, the FDA's quality rule for dietary supplements.

Before it reached you

Three checkpoints your product had to pass.

Every batch, no exceptions, no fast lanes.

Ingredients re-tested on arrival

We don't take suppliers at their word. Every raw material is tested in our own lab before it touches a production line, identity confirmed, actives measured, contaminants screened. If it doesn't match the paperwork, it goes back.

Made under GMP, documented at every step

Production runs under ISO 22000 (supplements) and ISO 22716 GMP (cosmetics), in cleanroom conditions with full protective equipment. Every step is logged, so any bottle can be traced back to its raw materials.

Tested by a lab that doesn't work for us

Before release, an independent third-party laboratory tests every batch: microbiology, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic) and ingredient purity. The results go into a Certificate of Analysis. Fail any test, the batch doesn't ship.

Who answers for it

A factory with names on it, not just logos.

PharmScale is founder-run. The co-founders work in the building where your product was made, and our own consumer brands, includingPureNADH in the U.S., ship from the same line, under the same testing.

"My signature is on every batch that leaves this factory. If it doesn't pass the independent lab, it doesn't ship, not under our brands, not under anyone's."

Common questions

What customers ask us.

Where exactly is the product made?
In our facility in Ćehaje, Srebrenik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Europe. The facility was purpose-built for supplements and cosmetic creams and is audited on-site every year by TÜV Thüringen, a German certification body.
Is it FDA approved?
Honest answer: the FDA doesn't "approve" dietary supplements, no supplement on any shelf is FDA-approved, regardless of what a label implies. What the FDA does regulate is the manufacturer. Our facility is FDA registered (No. 14287957814) and manufactures to 21 CFR Part 111, the FDA's mandatory quality standard for supplement production.
What does "TÜV Thüringen certified" actually mean?
It means an independent German auditor physically inspects our facility every year, our hygiene, our testing, our documentation, our suppliers, and certifies it against ISO 22000 (food safety) and ISO 22716 (cosmetics GMP). Certificates carry public registration numbers you can verify on TÜV's own website, not ours.
Can I see the test results for my product?
Yes. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis from an independent laboratory, microbiology, heavy metals and ingredient purity. The brand you bought from holds the CoA for your batch and can share it. Or come straight to the source: email info@pharmscale.com with the brand name and the batch number printed near the expiry date, and we'll send you the CoA for your exact batch.
Why is "made in Europe" relevant for a supplement?
EU food-supplement rules are among the strictest in the world, on permitted ingredients, dosage limits, contaminants and labeling. Our facility was built to clear those rules first, and we apply the same standards to every product we make, including those sold in the U.S. Our internal heavy-metal limits are stricter than the EU's by a factor of five.
Who is PharmScale?
A founder-run European manufacturer of food supplements and cosmetic creams. We make products for our own consumer brands, including PureNADH in the U.S., and for a select number of partner brands, all on the same line, under the same testing. Read our story →

Don't take our word for any of this.

Every certificate we hold has a public registration number on the auditor's own website. Check them yourself, it takes 30 seconds.
